Atelier Meme envisioned a space that would counteract the sterile, asphalt-laden surroundings typical of many campuses. Drawing inspiration from the communal spirit of town squares, the design introduces a vast, cloud-like roof that unites administrative and learning spaces, encouraging interaction and engagement among students, staff, and the broader community.

This architectural centerpiece distinguishes itself through the interplay of classic concrete frames and a sweeping, lightweight roof. The roof’s form, achieved using advanced voided slab technology, weighs roughly half that of conventional concrete, allowing for slender columns and open, beam-free interiors. Gentle curves and artisan-crafted edges evoke the softness of clouds, while state-of-the-art spray techniques ensure durability and waterproofing.
