Eden Rise: Vertical Eco Living for Chicago’s Future

Drawing formal inspiration from the city’s water landscape, the towers’ organic, droplet-like shapes symbolize renewal and abundance. What distinguishes Eden Rise is its holistic approach to urban sustainability. The design extends Chicago’s green belt skyward, turning the city’s iconic skyline into a living, breathing ecosystem. Four conjoined towers are supported by a diagrid exoskeleton, which weaves fluid lines across the façade and increases structural depth. This system allows for expansive inner voids, flooding the interiors with daylight and fresh air.
