Avoya, designed by Sule Esra Cetinkaya, elevates the experience of sparkling mineral water through a sophisticated glass packaging concept that unites purity, strength, and modern aesthetics, reflecting the evolving demands of health-focused consumers.

Avoya’s design draws inspiration from the duality of purity and resilience, mirroring the very essence of mineral water. The bottle’s broad-shouldered silhouette symbolizes strength, while its minimalist lines highlight the natural integrity of the product inside. This approach is further accentuated by label designs that echo the revitalizing cycle of natural minerals, reinforcing Avoya’s commitment to wellness and renewal. The collection features three distinct sizes—20 cl, 25 cl, and 75 cl—each crafted in unique glass hues to emphasize the variety and premium quality of the offering.

What sets Avoya apart in the crowded beverage market is its focus on balance and rejuvenation, addressing the needs of today’s fast-paced, health-conscious lifestyle. The bottle’s ergonomic, narrowing form not only enhances grip and usability but also symbolizes the fluidity and purity of water. The interplay of transparency and colored glass—ranging from green for classic sparkling water to turquoise for the signature 75 cl bottle—underscores the brand’s dedication to natural, preservative-free, and clean-label ingredients.

Technically, Avoya bottles are produced using the IS Production Method with soda-lime glass, ensuring durability and clarity. The three available sizes—200 ml, 250 ml, and 750 ml—are designed to suit diverse consumption scenarios, from on-the-go hydration to refined gastronomic experiences. The lightweight construction and elegant silhouette make the bottles suitable for active lifestyles, while the premium materials preserve the mineral water’s freshness and taste.

Market research by the Gürok Group highlights a significant shift in Turkish consumer preferences, with 67% seeking health-oriented products in 2024, yet only 35% of the market meeting these needs. Avoya responds to this gap by offering a product that is not only functional and sustainable but also visually appealing and emotionally resonant. The design process overcame challenges related to achieving a lightweight yet robust structure, suitable for mass production without compromising on aesthetics or quality.

Avoya’s journey began in Istanbul in 2022 and culminated in its production at a state-of-the-art facility in Burdur, featuring one of Europe’s most advanced R&D laboratories. The bottle’s design, recognized with a Bronze A' Packaging Design Award in 2025, exemplifies best practices in art, science, and technology, contributing to a better quality of life and setting a new standard in beverage packaging.
