Inspired by the principles of modern art, Sks Design approached the Skyline penthouse with a vision to merge comfort, simplicity, and luxury within an expansive environment. The design team meticulously analyzed and developed each element, ensuring that every detail contributed to a seamless unity between the interior and the natural world. Organic materials, a calming color palette, and the strategic inclusion of plants foster a strong connection with nature, while maintaining a sophisticated urban aesthetic.

What sets Skyline apart is the precision-driven approach adopted by the designers. Every millimeter of the 195-square-meter penthouse was carefully considered, earning the project the affectionate nickname “millimeters” among the SKS studio team. This attention to detail is evident in the custom-made elements, from wall panels and headboards to glass partitions and bespoke furniture, all crafted according to the studio’s original sketches. Italian veneer finishes and marble flooring, complete with underfloor heating, enhance the sense of refined luxury.

Technological innovation plays a central role in the Skyline penthouse. The residence features a smart home system, a professional acoustic setup, a natural fireplace, and a striking phytowall. The integration of an elevator and a custom-designed staircase maximizes functionality and accessibility across two levels. These technical advancements are seamlessly woven into the design, ensuring that convenience and comfort are always at the forefront.

Interaction within the penthouse is designed to be both intuitive and emotionally resonant. The open-plan layout, combined with carefully curated decorative elements, creates an environment that reflects the individuality and lifestyle of its residents. The fusion of urban loft and art deco influences with contemporary style demonstrates how diverse aesthetics and cutting-edge technology can coexist harmoniously in a single space.

The Skyline project, completed in Kyiv over the course of 2024, stands as a testament to Sks Design’s commitment to excellence. Recognized with the Silver A' Design Award in 2025, the penthouse exemplifies outstanding expertise, creativity, and innovation in interior design. The project not only meets the technical and aesthetic demands of elite living but also sets a new standard for integrating natural elements and smart technology in modern residential spaces.
