The project’s unique approach harmonizes advanced LED technology with architectural forms, fostering an environment that encourages creativity, interaction, and cultural appreciation. Dynamic controls and tailored illumination ensure each functional area—from premium retail to sky pavilion suites—receives optimal lighting, enhancing both ambiance and energy efficiency. The system’s integration of motion sensors and dimming controls has achieved up to 30% energy savings during off-peak hours, underscoring a strong commitment to sustainability.

Spanning 154,800 square meters and directly connected to the Metro Station, Get Space sets a new benchmark for urban commercial development in East Guangzhou. The minimalist facade, characterized by stacked box structures and terraced platforms, creates a rhythmic urban aesthetic. Embedded spotlights, linear accents, and vertical lighting highlight the building’s contours, while carefully balanced color temperatures—4000K for exteriors and 3000K for pedestrian areas—ensure a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.

Since its launch in January 2024, Get Space has attracted over 130,000 visitors within its first three days and garnered widespread acclaim, including the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2025.
