Located across three floors of the iconic Varso Tower, the Greenberg Traurig office stands as a testament to refined minimalism and functional luxury. Bit Creative’s architectural vision centers on the use of natural materials—stone, wood, and copper—paired with a palette of light, warm tones that challenge the prevailing trend of gray in contemporary office design. The entrance area, featuring a striking sculpture and curated paintings by Polish artists, sets the tone for the entire space, establishing an atmosphere that is both prestigious and welcoming.
The layout prioritizes openness and versatility. The reception, meeting rooms, and coffee point form a dynamic open-plan area, seamlessly accommodating everything from confidential meetings to large-scale presentations and social events. State-of-the-art audiovisual systems, including advanced sound and dali lighting, enable flexible use of the space for a variety of formats, supporting both collaboration and privacy as required.
Bit Creative’s approach extends to the hospitality area on the top floor, designed with modular, mobile solutions that allow for effortless transformation between employee gatherings and client events. The staff workspaces, arranged predominantly in a study layout, foster concentration and focus, reflecting the law firm’s high standards for both aesthetics and functionality.
Spanning 5,000 square meters and providing workspaces for approximately 400 employees, the office’s technical sophistication is matched by its artistic sensibility. Minimalist details, innovative ceiling compositions, and the integration of Polish artworks create a unique environment that balances professionalism with inspiration. The project’s success is underscored by its recognition with the Silver A' Design Award in 2025, celebrating its excellence in interior space and exhibition design.
Bit Creative’s collaboration with Greenberg Traurig involved extensive research and iterative planning, ensuring that every aspect of the office met the client’s exacting requirements. The result is a space that not only elevates daily work life but also stands as a benchmark for future-forward office design in Poland and beyond.
This award-winning project demonstrates how thoughtful design, rooted in timeless materials and cultural context, can transform the modern workplace into a source of pride, productivity, and well-being.
