The restaurant’s mission centers on promoting a healthy lifestyle through nutritious, farm-fresh meals. Materiality plays a pivotal role in the design, with brick, rough plaster, and zellige tiles evoking the warmth and craftsmanship of Mediterranean architecture. Spanning 450 square meters, the restaurant features tiered timber flooring, cozy plant-filled dining nooks, and a reclaimed timber bench that blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The design integrates seamlessly with the mall’s open-air atrium, creating a dynamic interplay between public and private spaces.
