Biophilic Design Meets Wellness at Cibo Vita Office

Pastel palettes and natural materials redefine workplace vitality

Inspired by Cibo Vita’s commitment to healthy, innovative snacks, Arkiteam Architecture has crafted an office environment that seamlessly connects employees to nature. The design incorporates abundant natural wood, living plants, and green walls, fostering a sense of vitality and well-being. Pastel tones throughout the space reflect the brand’s vibrant spirit while promoting calm and motivation, resulting in a balanced atmosphere that supports both productivity and relaxation.

Distinctive features set the Cibo Vita Office apart from conventional workspaces. The open-plan layout, enhanced by vibrant pastels, encourages energy and focus. A welcoming lobby, complete with a product trial island, offers an interactive introduction to the brand’s offerings. The educational center, equipped with acoustic panels in soothing tones, serves as a hub for collaboration and creativity, blending function and aesthetics in a dynamic setting.

Material choices reinforce the brand’s dedication to sustainability and healthy living. Wood and glass create an open, natural feel, while the trial island’s quartz countertop and metal framing provide both durability and elegance. Green walls and strategically placed plants improve air quality and well-being, complemented by LED lighting and low VOC finishes that minimize environmental impact. These elements collectively mirror Cibo Vita’s ethos of wellness and innovation.

Spanning 3,200 square meters, the office layout prioritizes openness and interaction. Flexible workspaces and cozy breakout zones foster informal collaboration, while the product trial island and educational center act as dynamic hubs for engagement. The organic flow of the space, enhanced by natural materials and color, ensures seamless movement and adaptability for various activities, maintaining an inviting and motivating atmosphere throughout.

Research for the project focused on integrating biophilic design with the brand’s identity, resulting in a space that not only supports employee well-being but also encourages creativity and teamwork. Overcoming the challenge of balancing vibrant branding with functional, wellness-focused design, Arkiteam Architecture successfully introduced interactive and collaborative elements without compromising on aesthetics or sustainability.

Recognized with the Silver A' Design Award in 2025, the Cibo Vita Office exemplifies outstanding expertise and innovation in interior space design.
