The seat meets the stringent European Standard ECE R129 (I-Size) and incorporates E.S.360 technology, allowing manual rotation and reset even during power outages. Constructed from high-performance PP and EPP materials, the seat excels in durability, shock absorption, and impact resistance. Cooling and Tencel mesh fabrics further enhance breathability and comfort, making it suitable for long journeys and varying climates.

Interaction with the Ez 1 is intuitive and modern. Parents can control and monitor the seat remotely via an app or car system. A simple swipe on the side impact block activates a 360-degree electric rotation, complemented by dynamic lighting that echoes NEV headlight designs. The LED screen and tactile circular button on the base ensure easy adjustments, even in low-light conditions, while embedded silicone tweeting devices in the cushioning provide a soothing sensory experience for children.

The design process, initiated in Ningbo, China, in July 2023, culminated in the product’s launch in March 2025. Extensive research highlighted the shortcomings of traditional child safety seats, particularly in convenience and adaptability. The Ez 1 addresses these gaps, offering a solution that is not only technologically advanced but also environmentally responsible, adhering to both European and Asian sustainability standards and contributing to ocean waste reduction.
