Jintao Zhai’s masterplan redefines mixed-use architecture in southern China.

Spanning 100,000 square meters, the masterplan incorporates green terraced fields inspired by the Lingnan region’s landscape. Layered setbacks create lush rooftop gardens, seamlessly extending greenery from the ground upward and enveloping work and residential spaces in a natural, valley-like setting. This ecological vision not only enhances aesthetics but also contributes to the city’s environmental sustainability.

Jiangmen Tech City’s phased construction ensures that each development stage contributes to the city’s evolving identity.
