As electric vehicles become increasingly prevalent, urban centers face mounting pressure to provide fast and dependable charging infrastructure. Voltti responds to this challenge by combining advanced battery storage with a sleek, space-saving design that harmonizes with contemporary architecture. The charger’s integrated 100 kWh solid-state battery system enables rapid 150 kW DC charging, significantly reducing reliance on the power grid and minimizing downtime for users.
Voltti’s innovation lies in its AI-driven power management system, which dynamically optimizes charging speed based on real-time grid load, vehicle battery status, and energy pricing. This smart system not only enhances user convenience but also alleviates stress on urban energy networks during peak demand. The plug-and-charge operation, supported by a user-friendly touchscreen and mobile app, allows for effortless interaction and real-time monitoring, making the charging process intuitive and efficient.
Constructed from lightweight composite materials and finished with a weather-resistant coating, Voltti is engineered for durability in diverse environmental conditions. Its minimalist form, accentuated by ambient lighting, ensures that the charger blends seamlessly into both modern cityscapes and green mobility hubs. The compact dimensions—800 mm wide, 400 mm deep, and 1800 mm high—make it ideal for space-constrained urban settings.
The design process for Voltti leveraged parametric modeling and AI-assisted photo generation to refine both form and function. Research included market analysis, user experience surveys, and simulation tools to optimize battery efficiency and adaptive charging algorithms. Overcoming challenges related to grid integration, regulatory compliance, and production feasibility, the project demonstrates how innovative technology and thoughtful design can converge to create scalable, future-ready infrastructure.
Voltti’s achievement has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in 2025, underscoring its status as a practical, innovative, and industry-leading solution. As cities worldwide strive for sustainable mobility, Voltti sets a new benchmark for integrated EV charging, offering a harmonious blend of performance, aesthetics, and smart technology.
By advancing grid-independent, AI-assisted charging, Voltti paves the way for a more resilient and sustainable urban future—one where electric mobility is accessible, efficient, and seamlessly integrated into daily life.
