Studio’s vision centers on blending modern living requirements with the natural landscape, resulting in a space that is both elegant and functional. The project’s design process prioritized sustainability and local climate considerations, ensuring that each villa not only complements the environment but also supports a comfortable, energy-efficient lifestyle.

Located in the rapidly developing district of Arnavutkoy, Istanbul, Armira Exclusive stands out for its unique approach to luxury. Each of the eight villas features private pools, elevators, and multiple garden access points, offering residents privacy and convenience. Expansive landscaped areas and private gardens create a serene atmosphere, providing an escape from the city’s bustle while maintaining close proximity to key landmarks such as Istanbul Airport and major commercial centers.

The realization of Armira Exclusive involved advanced architectural methodologies, including the use of parametric design tools to optimize space and ensure a harmonious relationship with the natural topography. Materials were carefully selected for their durability and environmental compatibility, with a focus on locally sourced stone, wood, and sustainable insulation solutions.
