Circular design redefines the modern sale center experience

The Rotunda project stands out for its innovative use of circular spatial layout, seamlessly integrating aesthetics with functionality. The central hall, designed as a perfect circle, acts as both a visual anchor and a symbol of unity, naturally connecting various functional areas. This fluid arrangement encourages communication and interaction, breaking away from the rigid boundaries often found in conventional clubhouse designs.

At the heart of the space, a striking waterfall-inspired lighting installation illuminates the circular atrium, enhancing the artistic ambiance. High-quality materials, such as iridescent glass curtain walls and mirrored ceilings, were carefully selected to fulfill both aesthetic and practical needs. These elements not only elevate the visual appeal but also ensure durability and sustainability, with the vibrant glass panels being fully recyclable and manufactured to green building standards.

The project’s technical achievements are equally impressive. The installation of large, curved glass panels—measuring up to 1400mm x 10mm x 3000mm—required advanced bending technologies and close collaboration with manufacturers. Multiple sample tests ensured each glass piece fit flawlessly into the circular structure, achieving both precision and elegance without compromising structural integrity.

Rotunda’s open layout blurs the lines between exhibition, lounge, and meeting areas, fostering a lively and comfortable environment. Thoughtful lighting, ceiling design, and décor contribute to a sense of spaciousness, while the flexible arrangement supports both art exhibitions and social gatherings.
