Mohammad Hakiminia’s Ghaffari exhibition booth transforms brand presence into an immersive experience, blending architectural innovation with strategic design to engage diverse audiences at Tehran International Exhibition Center.

The Ghaffari exhibition booth, designed by Mohammad Hakiminia, stands as a testament to the evolving landscape of trade show architecture. Conceived for Ghafari Chemical Industries’ sixtieth anniversary, the 400-square-meter installation in Hall 6 of the Tehran International Exhibition Center was tasked with more than just showcasing products. The booth needed to attract both general visitors and high-profile clients, each with distinct expectations and engagement styles.

A defining feature of the design is the recessed TV wall, which reimagines the boundary between the booth and the public corridor. This architectural move creates a stage-like transitional area, inviting visitors to step into a curated environment while maintaining a clear and welcoming entrance. The large screen, positioned along the primary axis, serves as a dynamic focal point, presenting the brand’s diverse content and reinforcing its renewed visual identity.

The booth’s layout is meticulously organized to support multiple functions. A studio-like space accommodates product testing and demonstrations, while dedicated zones for interviews and photo opportunities foster deeper brand engagement. This multifunctional approach ensures that the booth remains both practical and visually compelling, catering to the needs of different audience segments without compromising on aesthetic appeal.

Underlying the design is a thoughtful response to the challenges of exhibition architecture. The need to balance functional requirements with the creation of an inviting atmosphere led to innovative spatial solutions. By redefining circulation and visual boundaries, the booth achieves a cohesive environment that seamlessly integrates areas for interaction, display, and relaxation.

The Ghaffari booth’s success is underscored by its recognition at the 2025 Silver A' Trade Show Architecture, Interiors, and Exhibit Design Award.
