Ghaffari Co., a brand with deep-rooted heritage, recently underwent a comprehensive visual and strategic overhaul led by Wallrus Design Studio. The project’s primary objective was to align the company’s legacy with its future aspirations, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive in a fast-evolving market. Through a meticulous process, the design team refreshed the brand’s DNA, focusing on clarity, scalability, and bold simplicity as guiding principles.
The redesign stripped away unnecessary elements, directing attention to the essentials. Bold typography and a vibrant, proprietary color palette now define Ghaffari’s packaging, making products instantly recognizable on shelves. This visual clarity not only enhances consumer connection but also strengthens the brand’s presence across various touchpoints. Monumental exhibition designs and commanding typographic treatments further reinforce Ghaffari’s industry stature, balancing elegance with a powerful spatial narrative.
Produced using advanced IML (In-Mold Labeling) technology, the packaging adapts seamlessly to a diverse product range, accommodating different dimensions and sizes. This adaptability ensures consistency and scalability, essential for brands operating in multiple markets. The minimalistic design language, characterized by audacity and restraint, bridges corporate gravity with approachability, resolving previous branding fragmentation.
Interaction with the new design is intuitive and engaging, fostering a deep connection with consumers and inspiring professionals to integrate Ghaffari’s products into their workflows. The user-centric approach not only captivates but also encourages exploration of the brand’s innovative features, supporting both everyday users and industry experts.
The project, initiated in April 2024 and completed in January 2025 in Tehran, stands as a testament to the power of minimalism in branding. Wallrus Design Studio’s systematic methodology delivered a future-proof roadmap for Ghaffari Co., enabling seamless scalability and market adaptability. The result is a visual identity that exemplifies innovation, simplicity, and enduring resonance.
Recognized with the Silver A' Packaging Design Award in 2025, Ghaffari’s new identity showcases outstanding expertise and creativity. The project demonstrates that strategic simplicity can drive profound brand impact, setting a benchmark for packaging design in the industry.
