Bepi Povia’s design philosophy is deeply rooted in the Puglian landscape, drawing inspiration from local craftsmanship and centuries-old traditions. The careful restoration of ancient vegetable gardens, churches, and communal spaces ensures that even the smallest historical elements are preserved. Epigraphs and stone inscriptions, meticulously cleaned and displayed, invite guests to connect with the layered history of the masseria, offering a unique, immersive experience.

The project faced the challenge of balancing functionality with historical preservation. Some original features, though no longer practical, were retained for their cultural significance.
