Expansive windows in every room open onto lush gardens, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and fostering a sense of unity with the surrounding landscape. This approach not only enhances visual openness but also reflects the coastal town’s laid-back charm.

Aynur Kirduk’s design philosophy centers on the use of natural materials, which are carefully selected for both their durability and aesthetic appeal. Micro concrete flooring and natural wood surfaces create a warm, inviting atmosphere, while custom furniture crafted from lacquer, wood, fabric, and stone brings a modern coastal vibe to the home. Unique architectural details, such as an arched niche at the head of the bed and a striking terracotta lacquer door, add depth and character to the living spaces.

Functionality and luxury converge in the bedroom and master bathroom, where thoughtful layouts and high-quality finishes elevate daily living. The home’s single-story structure, with a generous ceiling height of 320 cm, maximizes spatial comfort and accessibility. White solid wood beams and soft gray tones contribute to a gentle ambiance, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility. The integration of a unique marble TV unit further reinforces the luxurious yet understated atmosphere.

The design process, completed within two months, prioritized clear communication and collaboration with clients to ensure their vision was realized before construction commenced. Overcoming the challenge of pre-construction material selection and layout planning, the project demonstrates how detailed research and client engagement can yield both aesthetic and functional satisfaction. Sensitive materials are securely packaged and shipped, reflecting a commitment to quality at every stage.
