This 500sqm house is a testament to the designer's ability to adapt classic European style with a modern and stylish touch. Inspired by the client's preference for an elegant design, Ed Lau has created a space that exudes sophistication and luxury.

The ground floor serves as a common area for family and guests, while the first floor is a paradise for the two daughters, featuring their bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a small living area with a piano for their entertainment. The second floor is dedicated to the parents, with a study, their own ensuite bedrooms, and a bathroom. The rooftop terrace offers a great place for relaxation, complete with a jacuzzi.

The design of this house not only exudes a luxurious vibe but also ensures a cozy living experience for the owners. The use of traditional materials such as marble and velvet, combined with metal elements and wood textures, creates a harmonious blend of classic and contemporary styles.

One of the standout features of the Hill Paramount villa is the dining room, enhanced with simple metal trim and an impressive marble wall. This opulent and classy space sets the tone for the rest of the house. The living room, flooded with natural light, is decorated with a similar color palette to create a sense of harmony throughout the home.

Despite its luxurious appearance, the design team faced challenges during the construction phase. Sourcing the desired materials proved to be difficult, leading to modifications in the design to suit the actual situation. However, these challenges were overcome, resulting in a stunning and elegant home.

The Hill Paramount villa, completed in December 2019, is a testament to Ed Lau's ability to create a luxurious yet clean look. By simplifying complex details, the design team has successfully achieved a house that exudes elegance and modernity.

This design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021 in the category of Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design. This prestigious award recognizes well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The Hill Paramount villa is respected for its integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings, contributing to a better world.
