Combining Line, Surface, and Volume to Create a Diversified Space

The designer, Origin Accuracy Design, has skillfully integrated the elements of line, surface, and volume to create a space that is both visually captivating and functional. By using mirror and metal lines as mediums, the designer has infused the space with a modern art aesthetic, resulting in a more diversified spatial experience. The reception desks, with their axis-symmetric design, create a calm and atmospheric spatial sequence, while the dual channel entry mode adds a sense of ceremony for visitors.

One of the standout features of the Chengdu Yuelanting Sales Center is its use of materials and lighting to create a dynamic and luxurious atmosphere. The second-story facade, made of punching aluminum plate, features rich patterns that break the heaviness of the concrete structure and create a beautiful rhythm and texture. The metal rectangular door frames and stone elements are layered and overlapped, exuding a sense of nobility and luxury reminiscent of a high-end store.

With a total area of 1000 square meters, the Chengdu Yuelanting Sales Center offers a spacious and inviting environment for visitors. The water bar, designed with a combination of metal and marble, adds a modern and advanced touch to the space, creating a delicate and profound beauty.

The design of the children's activity area is another highlight of the sales center. Breaking away from the traditional "sales plus display" approach, the designer has integrated a space for children to learn, play, and communicate freely. This not only adds a fun and interactive element for children but also balances the overall sales atmosphere.

The Chengdu Yuelanting Sales Center project started in December 2019 and was completed in June 2020. Located in the center of Qingbaijiang District, this project holds great significance for urban regeneration and the strategy of "building new cities and optimizing old cities." It is a testament to the power of design in transforming spaces and revitalizing communities.
