Located in Cangzhou, Villa 22 is a private residence that showcases a unique blend of art, nature, and high-quality living. The project started in June 2021 and was completed in October of the same year.

Breaking away from traditional architectural patterns, Kris Lin has created a magnificent atrium that runs through the five floors of the villa. With an area of 2000 sqm, Villa 22 is equipped with a banquet hall, restaurant, water bar, reception hall, and bedrooms. It also includes various leisure and entertainment functions such as a gym, study room, video room, and entertainment room. These spaces are independent from each other, catering to the owners' diverse needs and providing a multi-scene living experience.

One of the key challenges in designing Villa 22 was to meet the owners' space needs for multiple scenes. The design team successfully overcame this by incorporating various leisure and entertainment functions into the villa.
