The manufacturing process of Pure involves plastic injection and metal stamping technologies. The product is composed of various materials including silicone rubber, carbon steel, aluminum, magnets, stainless steel, chrome, titanium, ABS plastic, and LEDs. Operation of the Pure is user-friendly. It features an on/off switch and a gear control. The team studied oral care statistical reports from China and the US, analyzing the popularity and market sales of electric toothbrushes and water flossers. They also applied principles of marketing advertising analysis combined with popular visual elements for rendering and layout. Overcoming creative and technical challenges, they developed a compact, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing product that meets daily oral care needs while saving space.
