Office Center Design Melds Indoor and Outdoor Scenery

The building's design is characterized by its transparent and square structure, reflecting the endless vitality and innovative spirit of the location. The reception area is bathed in natural light, creating a solemn and evocative atmosphere that hints at the future. The first floor is situated beside water, and the second floor features a folded glazed curtain walling, blending the indoor landscape with the outdoor scenery.

Unique design elements, such as the sand table that appears to float and the spiral staircase, add to the building's aesthetic appeal. The use of various materials, including tiles, copperplate, and leather, contribute to a harmonious and minimalist atmosphere. The color palette of dark brown, beige, and green creates a visual connection between different parts of the space.

The second floor offers a panoramic view of the wetland park through the magnificent glazed curtain walling. The façade is meticulously designed to optimize the use of natural light, and the folding-paper-esque glass gives the building a unique visual effect. The sculptural louver-shaped decoration serves as a clever connection between the two floors, allowing a view from the second floor to the first, but not vice versa.

The building is not just aesthetically pleasing, but also functional. It offers ample office and conference space, making it a perfect area for both enjoying outside views and holding meetings. The salon area on the second floor even features a baking table, providing a relaxing space for inspiration and creativity.

The Wuyuanhe Innovative Industry Center is a testament to the Eh Design Group's commitment to innovative design and functionality. The project, which started in May 2021 in Shanghai and was completed in December 2021 in Haikou, has been recognized for its excellence, winning the Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2022.
