President

Office

This project is inspired by art museums and art galleries. Combined with Party A's hobbies, the originally boring long corridor is turned into an art gallery. Various art paintings collected by the owner can be hung on the wall, and the owner's beloved artwork can be placed on the table and display cabinet.

This project, named "President," designed by Liyan Zhang, is a unique office space that draws inspiration from art museums and galleries. The designer has transformed the once mundane long corridor into an exquisite art gallery. The concept behind this design is to incorporate the owner's personal interests and hobbies into their workspace, creating a visually captivating environment.

One of the standout features of this design is the ability to showcase the owner's art collection. The walls of the office are adorned with various art paintings, creating a gallery-like atmosphere. Additionally, carefully curated artwork is displayed on tables and in display cabinets, allowing the owner to showcase their beloved pieces.

The office is divided into different areas, each serving a specific purpose. The entrance area functions as the secretary's workspace, providing a practical and efficient area for administrative tasks. The display storage cabinet, with its clean and concise design, combines functionality with aesthetic appeal.

The waiting area features a front glass curtain wall, enhancing transparency and creating a welcoming and open atmosphere. Partial art display cabinets, inspired by national highway storage cabinets, add an element of interest to the otherwise simple space. As one enters the office, they are greeted by an art gallery-like experience, immersing them in creativity and inspiration.

The materials used in this design include carpet, metal, wood veneer, latex paint, art paint, and ambient lighting. These carefully chosen materials contribute to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.

With its modern and simple design, the President office exudes an atmosphere of sophistication and artistry. It provides a unique and inspiring workspace for the owner, reflecting their personal style and interests.

The President office project was completed in Beijing, starting in July 2021 and finishing in November 2022. It is located in the Daheng Building, Haidian District, Beijing City.

This design has been recognized for its excellence and innovation, receiving the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2023. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate exceptional creativity, practicality, and adherence to industry standards. The President office stands out for its integration of best practices and technical characteristics, contributing to a better world through its thoughtful design.
