Nutrili: Minimalist and Attractive Supplements Branding

Inspired by the Colorful Culture of the Middle East

Inspired by the colorful culture of the Middle East, Nutrili supplements branding aims to be minimal and attractive to a young audience. The design incorporates rich colors that represent the strong and clean ingredients of the supplements.

The concept and design of Nutrili reflect the use of clean ingredients while still being effective and tasty. The logo symbol, a drop shape inspired by the gummies, represents the brand's commitment to quality. The waves and stars symbolize that the products are full of nutrients and will make you shine inside and out.

The visual brand identity of Nutrili sends a clear message that these products actually work and are not synthetic or empty. The subtle gradient assigned to each packaging label makes them unique without compromising on minimalism.

Using the design thinking method of Diverge & Converge, the Nutrili branding was realized with the help of software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom. The supplement jar labels measure 65 x 216 mm, the collagen box measures 107 x 84 x 115 mm, and the collagen vial label measures 64 x 85 mm.

One of the challenges faced during the design process was creating a young, functional, and unique branding that would appeal to the Middle Eastern target population. While maximalist designs are popular in the region, the intention was to create a minimal design that would still be attractive to the target group.

Another challenge was including both English and Arabic text in a small label area during the application and production phase of the design. However, these challenges were successfully overcome, resulting in a visually appealing and informative packaging design.

Nutrili is all about bringing high-quality, natural, and sustainable supplements to the market. Backed by science, the products are certified vegan and contain only natural flavors and colors. The brand's commitment to sustainability is evident in the use of ocean-diverted pure recycled plastic for the jars.

The visual brand identity and packaging designs for Nutrili were created by Cansu Dagbagli Ferreira, a renowned designer. The products were launched in December 2022, and new products are already in the pipeline.

Photography credits go to Lara Zankoul and Büşra Sarıoğlu. Nutrili's exceptional design was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in 2023.
