Solarlux, in collaboration with designer Peter Kuczia, presents an innovative solution to address this need - the Solarlux Acoustic Phone Booth. This specialized phone booth is designed to provide a private and soundproof space for making phone calls or holding video conferences, making it a valuable tool for creating a private and productive work environment in shared spaces.

One of the unique features of the Solarlux Acoustic Phone Booth is its flexibility. The table and seat are cleverly hidden in the wall, allowing for a spacious and uncluttered interior when not in use. This flexibility also extends to its mobility, as the booth can be easily disassembled and moved to another location, adapting to changing office layouts and needs.

The Solarlux Acoustic Phone Booth is designed to meet the highest acoustic requirements, ensuring that conversations inside remain private and undisturbed. The sliding glass door allows for easy access and can be opened in both directions, providing convenience and flexibility for users.

The project was developed collaboratively by Peter Kuczia, the client SOLARLUX, and the students of the Fachschule Holztechnik Melle. The result is a thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted acoustic phone booth that combines functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

The Solarlux Acoustic Phone Booth measures 260 cm in height, 200 cm in width, and 160 cm in depth, providing ample space for comfortable phone conversations or video conferences.

Recognized for its outstanding design, the Solarlux Acoustic Phone Booth was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Office Furniture Design category in 2023.
