The manufacturing process of the Upsize 3D Puzzle play mat involves a precise die-cut method to separate the mats into puzzle pieces. The use of EVA foam allows for fine and smooth finishing edges, resulting in a high-quality product that is both comfortable and visually appealing.

Transforming the play mat into a rocking horse is a simple yet innovative process. The tongue and slot structures of the puzzle pieces allow for easy assembly and disassembly, requiring only 10 pieces to create Pony Alex. The project, which started in April 2013 and finished in December 2013, was a result of extensive research, including observation, questionnaires, patent searches, and compliance with toy safety standards.
