The All Road Transform Concept is inspired by the changing seasons and the blooming process of a flower. The tire tread transforms in three stages, similar to a petal changing with the climate. This transformation allows the tire to perform exceptionally well in any road condition, whether dry, wet, or snowy. The designers have ingeniously interlocked the tires and the vehicle, improving both tire performance and vehicle usability.

What sets the All Road Transform Concept apart is its adaptability. It is a tire for all seasons, designed to satisfy road conditions caused by climate change with a single product. The tread, made with a pad type based on the change of wheel angle, can transform into three forms. This not only gives the vehicle better grip on dry roads but also improves drainage performance on wet roads. It is an innovative product designed to drive safely on snow and ice-covered roads.

The realization of this design involved meticulous planning and the use of advanced materials. The tire design includes all-season tread compound, jointless bead wire, high hardness bead filler, high tensile steel belts, high modulus carcass, polyester/nylon cord, and high strength aluminum spike. The wheel is made of high strength and high toughness aluminum alloy and is painted with thermo color paint that changes color based on road conditions and temperature variations.

The design process of the All Road Transform Concept was not without challenges. The designers had to overcome issues such as tread cracking due to circumference changes with the changing wheel angle, and improving the unique performance related to the vehicle by moving from left to right from the central axis according to the changing wheel angle. Despite these challenges, the team successfully created a tire that is not only functional but also visually appealing.
