The desk is customizable, with options for different types of wood and lacquered steel in various colors. It measures 155 cm x 70 cm x 74 cm and weighs 95 kg. The product is delivered fully assembled in wooden crates, further emphasizing its artisanal nature.

The design process for Roots began in December 2013 in Porto, Portugal.
