Saertu Theme Business Street: A Unique Sports-Themed Commercial Space

Combining Commercial Form with Sports Theme

Spanning a total area of 8000 square meters, the Saertu Theme Business Street is a testament to the creativity and innovation of the design team. The project encompasses various spaces, from the entrance to the long street, as well as secondary passageways and toilets, each incorporating unique theme devices.

What sets this design apart is its emphasis on space, movement, and three-dimensional elements. The ceiling features geometric shapes, including trigonometric sections and hexagons, supported by a metal steel frame structure. This combination creates a sense of space and movement that aligns perfectly with the sports theme.

The color palette of the Saertu Theme Business Street is another standout feature. While the overall tone is dark, important areas are accentuated with bright colors such as red and yellow. This deliberate contrast enhances the expression of the space's atmosphere, symbolizing passion and power.

Furthermore, the designers have incorporated decorative wall paintings in the secondary spaces, adding a touch of excitement and energy to the overall theme. These paintings serve as captivating ornaments, allowing customers to experience the passion and strength of the sports theme throughout the entire street.

One of the key objectives of the Saertu Theme Business Street is to enhance the interaction between customers and the space. By strategically placing theme devices and integrating them with the overall design, the street becomes more memorable and engaging for visitors.

The project, which commenced in February 2017 and concluded in October 2018, is located in Daqing, China. The design team at Tengyuan Design conducted extensive research to ensure that the theme devices and spatial elements were seamlessly integrated, creating a cohesive and immersive experience for visitors.

The Saertu Theme Business Street has received recognition for its exceptional design. In 2019, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious accolade is a testament to the project's practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial standards.
