Lotus Trend: The Perfect Blend of Elegance and Efficiency

Lotus Trend stands out from other vacuum cleaners with its unique properties and strengths. This high-efficient and elegant product features a 4.5lt dust container, a 3-stage filter system, and a noise level of only 72Db. One common issue with vacuum cleaners is the decrease in suction power when the dust bag is full or the filter is covered with dust. However, Lotus Trend solves this problem with its filter sensor, which flashes a red indicator light when the bag or the motor protection filter is full.

All parts of the Lotus Trend vacuum cleaner are designed for quick and error-free assembly, resulting in a more cost-effective production process. The package dimensions of the Lotus Trend are 35cm x 35cm x 57cm, making it compact and easy to store.

Designed by Yasemin Ulukan and the Senur Design Center, Lotus Trend not only excels in functionality but also in aesthetics. Its fluidized lines and elegant details, such as hot foil layered parts and chrome look lines, give the product a distinguished appearance. The Lotus Trend is a perfect example of form meeting function.

The original Pika series, from which Lotus Trend draws its inspiration, started in 2017 in Istanbul, Turkey. By combining the Pika Series Cyclonic vacuum cleaner with the Lotus series Bag type vacuum cleaner, Lotus Trend was born.

The design of Lotus Trend was the result of extensive research. The goal was to create a high-efficient product with high suction power, low noise, and low cost to meet customer needs. The hot foil application on the exhaust area and wheels gives Lotus Trend a high-end chrome look, which is cost-efficient compared to chrome plating. The design optimization of the parts to accommodate the hot foil application was challenging, requiring numerous mold trials. However, the final result is highly satisfying.

One of the major challenges faced during the design process was creating a new vacuum cleaner with different features while using 90% common parts with the Mila Trend, a member of the Pika vacuum cleaner series. This approach proved to be not only challenging but also cost-effective.

Lotus Trend is not only visually appealing but also highly functional. With its 4.5lt dust container, 72Db noise level, catch break cord winder system, and compact size, it offers excellent cleaning performance. The 3-stage filter system, supported by filter full sensors, ensures optimal air filtration. Additionally, Lotus Trend provides high suction power with low noise, making it a top choice for households.

Recognized for its outstanding design, Lotus Trend was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Home Appliances Design category in 2020. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that showcase creativity, resourcefulness, and excellence.
