Yunhe Park: A Dreamlike Sales Center

Unleashing Art and Technology in a Whimsical Space

The Yunhe Park sales center, designed by Qiong Liu, goes beyond the traditional concept of a sales office. It is a dreamlike and childlike space that combines vibrant colors, a sense of technology, and a touch of elegance. The aim is to integrate art and technology seamlessly into everyone's life.

The space features turquoise three-person sofas and ginger stools, creating a vibrant and comfortable atmosphere that resonates with young customers. The white staircase, spiraling upward on a gray ground, not only serves as a functional element but also adds an artistic touch to the technological lobby.

Covering a total area of 335 square meters, the Yunhe Park sales center is a visual feast that combines elements of the ocean, science, and technology. The oval-shaped white bar area, resembling a fish ready to swim away, acts as the center of the space and welcomes visitors from all directions.

The design of the sales office draws inspiration from the symbols in the movie "The Matrix." The code matrix wall creates a mesmerizing backdrop, while the suspended sand table and vertical chandelier add an element of surprise and wonder. The negotiation room, in particular, is designed to transport customers into a colorful world within the belly of a whale, evoking a sense of mystery and enchantment.

Qiong Liu, along with Huan Li, successfully overcame creative, technical, and research challenges to bring this whimsical design to life. The project, which started in February 2019 and concluded in May 2019, is a testament to their dedication and ingenuity.

The Yunhe Park sales center has been recognized for its outstanding design and creativity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2020. This prestigious accolade celebrates designs that showcase resourcefulness, technical skill, and a commitment to improving the quality of life.
