Quality Flavor: A Unique Residential Apartment Design by Mo Architects and Planners

Creating Sparkles and Surprises in Everyday Living

This design project, named Quality Flavor, stands out with its extremely simple practical aesthetics. It introduces the concept of "in between" by creating versatile ways of using the public domain. With vague demarcation, family members can use the place individually while staying in the same space. This design does not disconnect the family's relationship but replaces it with more sparkles and surprises under different usage scenarios.

Quality Flavor is a residential apartment that covers an area of 115.7 square meters. It is a testament to Mo Architects and Planners' commitment to practical aesthetics and their focus on the user's present life experience. Unnecessary decoration is stripped away, and the user's lifestyle takes center stage. The design incorporates natural and healthy materials, presenting them with comfortable and interesting colors.

One of the key features of Quality Flavor is the absence of unnecessary clutter. Upon entering the apartment, one is greeted with a space that is free from unnecessary decoration. Warm color tones dominate the design, creating a room of comfort and ease. The vertical demarcation follows a perfect proportion, and natural lighting from the windows guides one's eyes throughout the space.

The design team at Mo Architects and Planners paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that the materials used in Quality Flavor are healthy and toxic-free. The combination of different materials and color tones creates a sense of harmony and balance. Half-transparent glass doors and ceiling designs were employed to present individual living, dining, and kitchen areas while maintaining their wholeness.
