Wujia He's inspiration for Floor One came from the common struggle of cleaning hard-to-reach spots and stains. Traditional cleaners treat all surfaces as equally dirty, often leaving stubborn stains untouched. The maintenance and manual flushing required after cleaning also pose unpleasant tasks. Floor One, however, is designed to distinguish between clean and dirty surfaces, automatically adjusting the roller pressure and detergent application for optimal cleaning.

What sets Floor One apart from other cleaners is its intelligent detection system and self-cleaning feature. The device detects the level of dirt and grime on the floor and adjusts the amount of detergent, roller pressure, and suction power accordingly. Its advanced roller design captures excess water and dirt, leaving the floor streak-free. Moreover, Floor One self-cleans every time it is placed back at its charging station, ensuring it is clean and odor-free for each use.

The design process of Floor One began in March 2019 and concluded in December 2019 in Suzhou. It was exhibited at CES Las Vegas in January 2020. The design team conducted extensive research in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hubei, and Nanjing to understand user requirements and optimize the interactive experience. The team faced the challenge of creating a smart wet/dry floor washer that detects dirt and stains and thoroughly cleans any floor surface. However, with their unique roller cleaning technology, they overcame this challenge, leaving no spots or streaks on the floor and making maintenance easy with a self-clean cycle.

Floor One's innovative design and functionality earned it the Silver in A' Home Appliances Design Award in 2020. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
