Stoa: A Timeless Aesthetic

A Single Lever Basin Mixer Inspired by Greek Architecture

Designers Ezequiel Farca and Cristina Grappin bring together aesthetics, simplicity, and functionality in their latest creation.

Designers Ezequiel Farca and Cristina Grappin have drawn inspiration from Greek architecture to create Stoa, a single lever basin mixer that embodies timeless elegance. The Greeks describe art as sober, moderate, and proportionate, and the STOA design reflects these principles.

The intention behind Stoa is to combine aesthetics, simplicity, and functionality. Each line, curve, and dimension of the design is governed by these principles, resulting in a piece that exudes a sense of understated beauty. The chrome finish brass construction adds a touch of sophistication to any bathroom.

Measuring at 44.96mm x 160.02mm x 154.69mm, Stoa is a compact and versatile addition to any bathroom space. Its sleek and minimalist design seamlessly integrates with various interior styles, making it a perfect choice for both residential and commercial projects.

Farca and Grappin started the project in April 2019 in Los Angeles, California, and completed it in November 2019. Throughout the creative process, sobriety was the guiding axis of design, resulting in a piece that stands the test of time.

Stoa has been recognized for its exceptional design and functionality, receiving the Iron A' Design Award in the Bathroom Furniture and Sanitary Ware category in 2020. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. Stoa's integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics contribute to a better world.

With Stoa, Ezequiel Farca and Cristina Grappin have created a piece of art that combines aesthetics, simplicity, and functionality. This single lever basin mixer is not just a functional fixture but a poetic representation of timeless design.
