The main concept of La Bella is to create a luxurious atmosphere while maintaining all the comfort of a modern and classic environment. Anterior Design Limited, the renowned design team behind this project, has successfully achieved this by incorporating unique features and strengths into the design.

The house features a diagonal false ceiling that adds a taste of modern style, perfectly complemented by a marble portal in the foyer. The use of modern luxury furniture from brands like Fendi and Visionnaire further enhances the opulence of the space.

La Bella embraces the Modern Classic style, which combines the characteristics of Victorian design with a more simplified approach. The chosen color palette of beige, gray, silver, and black adds to the elegance of the design. Ceiling molding and wall panels with trim are used throughout the entire house, adding a touch of sophistication.

Extravagant fabrics such as velvet, silk, and expensive leather are carefully selected to give a refined and sophisticated look to the interiors. These materials, along with the meticulous attention to detail, contribute to the overall deluxe atmosphere of La Bella.

Spanning across 8000 square feet and spread over two stories, La Bella is a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail exhibited by Anterior Design Limited. The project was completed in April 2020 and is located in the Southern District of Hong Kong.

One of the design challenges overcome by the team was the living room, which features the highest ceiling and the largest window in the house. To maintain a cohesive aesthetic, a modern-style pendant lamp was chosen to match the furniture's simple style. Dark-colored curtains were used to highlight the luxurious furniture and reflect natural sunlight into the room.

La Bella has garnered recognition in the design world, being awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021.
