The inspiration for the project comes from western classical aesthetics, which have been integrated into the modern design approach of Jishe Cultural Creativity Co., LTD. The design features rich layers and presents a neat and classy space. The dominant hues of grey and white make the entire space pure and stylish, deeply touching the occupants.

The design of 040 Semi Detached focuses on lines and proportions, refining details and material combinations. The simplified lines enrich the three-dimensional layering of the space, reducing the heavy feeling of classical lines. The open layout, combined with marbles, brass, and wooden furniture, shows the serenity and charm of simplicity.

The design team has maximized daylight in every space and created smooth circulations. The master bedroom is well combined with the study, the living room, the walk-in closet, and wet and dry bathrooms, expressing the dwellers' sense of ceremony, life quality, and taste, and increasing the intimacy between people and space. The master bathroom features a material palette of marbles and wood.

During the construction process, the design team faced challenges such as simplification of labor-demanding details by the construction party. They had to supervise the construction site attentively. Some materials and techniques might have exceeded the client's budget. To ensure the perfect execution of the original design concept, the design team needed to give timely suggestions to optimize details and materials, meet the budget limitation, and the construction schedule.

The 040 Semi Detached model house has been recognized for its unique design, winning the Iron A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2022. The award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements and contribute to a better world.
