Sant Andrea: A Unique Residential Building in Caxias do Sul

A Serene Architecture with Authenticity and Innovation

The design of Sant Andrea was inspired by the target audience of the building, who value social interaction, innovation, and design. The goal was to create a product that would cater to their needs and desires. The result is a volumetric structure characterized by vertical and horizontal lines. The facade is adorned with balconies featuring apparent concrete slabs and wood brises, giving the building a sense of movement. The entrance is marked by a large wood volume that extends towards the street, welcoming the residents.

In terms of construction, the focus was on using high-quality materials and finishes. Ceramic tiles, apparent concrete, and wood brises were employed in the facades, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.

The Sant Andrea building consists of 16 floors, with one apartment per floor. Each apartment boasts a spacious private area of 200.00 square meters, featuring three suites. The social area spans over 70.00 square meters and includes an entrance hall, a large living room, a gourmet space, and a balcony. The site area covers 720.00 square meters, with a total gross area of 4,940.00 square meters.

One of the key aspects of the design is its focus on sustainability. The building incorporates various solutions to reduce environmental impact, such as energy efficiency measures, conscious water consumption, thermal and acoustic comfort, proper waste disposal and recycling, photovoltaic panels, and electric car chargers.

The Sant Andrea project is located in Caxias do Sul and is currently under construction. The architectural team behind this innovative design includes Torres Arquitetos, Paula de Carli for interior design, Audrey Bello Ramos for landscape design, and Exacta Engenharia as the constructor.
