ER Clubhouse: Luxury Interior Design

Creating a Seaside Yacht Ambiance

Being enclosed by a pine forest, the ER Clubhouse's glass facade allows nature to enter through wide and tall windows. With elegant proportions, a nuanced color palette, and natural materials, the gallery-like interior exudes a timeless touch. The wooden wall panels and metallic structural beams in the lobby draw visual parallels to the nearby tree trunks, while mirror and glass reflections resemble the ever-changing water surface. The light stone flooring brings the feeling of the seaside into the interior.

Neoklasika Ltd, the renowned design firm, was invited to create the interior for a development of four luxury townhouses with a common lobby and gallery hallways, located just two hundred meters from the sandy beach of the Gulf of Riga. The primary focus of the interior design was to highlight the aesthetics and taste of being on a yacht, reflecting the lifestyle that seaside living represents.

Each of the four townhouses features three levels, with the lower level being an airy open-plan living area incorporating a kitchen, and the upper two levels housing the bedrooms. The project showcases a number of bespoke furniture and joinery designed by Neoklasika, elevating the level of uniqueness. The selection of materials, such as wood, metal, mirror, and leather, parallel those used in luxury yachts. The nuanced lighting schemes offer endless possibilities for creating the perfect mood, whether for a relaxing evening or a dramatic dinner party.

The scope of the project included full interior designs for the common areas and four townhouses, complete with design renders. The detailed visualizations allow the clients and potential future owners to connect with the concept and design details, providing a clear understanding of the final result.

The lobby of the ER Clubhouse serves as an in-house library and hosts temporary art exhibitions and installations, creating a dynamic atmosphere and inviting interaction between the inhabitants. This unique feature adds to the overall experience of living in this luxury development.

Located in Jurmala, Latvia, the ER Clubhouse project was a result of meticulous research and a balanced approach to architecture and design. The aim was to create a harmonious blend of common and private areas, taking into consideration human scale and principles of biophilia. The use of diverse natural materials and bespoke design elements contributes to the genius loci of the building, enhancing the overall ambiance.

One of the most significant challenges in the design process was the careful selection of materials to establish clear visual parallels with the landscape of the Baltic Sea and the yachting lifestyle. Neoklasika's attention to detail ensured that the design captured the essence of seaside living and provided a unique and luxurious experience for the residents.

The ER Clubhouse, designed by Neoklasika Ltd, is a testament to the firm's expertise in luxury interior design. With its seamless blend of elegance, functionality, and a touch of nautical inspiration, this project has been awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This prestigious accolade recognizes the outstanding creativity and ingenuity of the design, which authentically captures the experience and resourcefulness of luxury living. Neoklasika Ltd holds the copyrights to this exceptional design.
