Shuffle's design inspiration stems from a desire to provide a user-focused experience, something that is often overlooked in Asia's bar and lounge scene. The aim was to create a "zone of zen" for visitors, a calming space where they could escape the city's hustle and bustle. This was achieved through a progressive path, strategic lighting, and a balance between blank and designed areas.

The lounge's unique properties lie in its ability to act as a filter between its internal space and the city outside. The club is designed with different spaces along a progressive path, starting from a minimal façade to a reception area adorned with over a hundred illuminated cylinders. This leads to the lounge area, decorated with 300 bottles programmed to illuminate in sync with the music, creating a unique sensory space.

Located on the street of Lan Kwai Fong, a bustling nightlife hub in Central Hong Kong, the lounge's façade is intentionally minimal. Decorated with greyish white texture paint, it stands as a rational block amidst the glittering bars and clubs, creating a sense of mystery and anticipation for what lies within.

Shuffle's design has not gone unnoticed. It was awarded Silver in the A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2023, a prestigious accolade given to designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation. The award is a testament to Nikki Ho LK's ability to create spaces that not only look good but also provide a unique user experience.
