The inspiration behind the Tooth Fairy earrings is a blend of dental equipment and jewelry craftsmanship. Miyauchi carefully considered design aspects, dental education, and cultural traditions to create a truly unique piece. The materials used are ethically and responsibly sourced, adding an element of sustainability to the design.

The standout feature of the Tooth Fairy earrings is their depiction of the primary tooth in dental development. The boy figure, made of 18K gold, showcases a heart-shaped pearl beneath it, symbolizing the incoming adult tooth. The crown atop the figure represents a dental crown, adding a regal touch to the design. The female figure represents the Tooth Fairy herself, with heart-shaped pearl wings and an orange pearl coin, symbolizing the reward she brings in exchange for a lost tooth.

The realization of the Tooth Fairy earrings involves intricate craftsmanship and the use of high-quality materials. The earrings are made from 18K white and yellow gold sourced from Valcambi Swiss Gold Products, ensuring both beauty and sustainability. Japanese cultured Akoya pearls in various shapes and colors, including baby, twin, heart, and sphere shapes, add a touch of elegance. The addition of a round brilliant-cut diamond further enhances the design, totaling 0.08 carats. To create a dazzling contrast, a Florentine Tattoo Finish is applied to the yellow gold root of the primary tooth, giving it a sparkly, diamond-like appearance.
