Located on the 58th floor of Hangzhou Raffles City, the restaurant spans an area of 1,220 square meters. The design incorporates the kapok flower, a hero in Canton culture, into the progressive space relationship, resulting in a beautiful and visually impactful feast. The restaurant aims to interpret the brand culture of Delicate Cantonese Flavor in a modern and international way, setting it apart from other high-end dining spaces.
The restaurant's design prioritizes the dining experience, with curvy wall decorations that make the environment fade away, allowing the food and guests to take center stage. This functional assistance and objective configuration create a tranquil atmosphere that immerses guests in the dining experience.
The restaurant is surrounded by panoramic windows, offering a 360-degree view of the Qianjiang New City. The design integrates the scenery, bringing Hangzhou garden culture into a high-rise building, and allowing guests to enjoy the fragrance of food in the flowing water, enhancing the dining experience.
The project, which started in August 2021 and was completed in December 2021, faced the challenge of highlighting its own style among similar high-end dining spaces while ensuring its quality for future operations. The design successfully overcame this challenge by emphasizing innovation that aligns with the brand culture.
The design's excellence was recognized with a Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2023. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation. The award is a testament to the design's strong technical characteristics, splendid artistic skill, and remarkable level of excellence.
