Mobile Robot SRC-3000F: Revolutionizing Industrial Automation

The World's First Mobile Robot Safety Controller

The enormous potentials of unmanned forklift AGVs and mobile robots in turn provide opportunities for mobile robotics innovators. SEER’s mobile robot safety controller leverages hardware and software to boost development and provides integrators with a mobile robot control brain that incorporates controller technology, navigation technology, and software algorithms, fueling the automation-to-intelligence transition of industrial manufacturing.

SEER's Mobile Robot SRC-3000F, designed by Fan Wu, is a groundbreaking innovation in the field of industrial automation. This safety controller is the world's first to integrate navigation and safety functions, making it a game-changer in the industry. With its unique properties and cutting-edge technology, the SRC-3000F is set to revolutionize the way industrial robots operate.

One of the key strengths of the SRC-3000F is its integration of essential safety modules based on various navigation modes, including SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping). This integration ensures the creation of a safe Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) with five primary functions. As the strongest brain of a mobile robot, this product can adapt to the scenario-specific needs of different users, providing both safety and standard attributes.

The design of the SRC-3000F prioritizes durability and functionality. The main body is made of dirty-resistant metal ash, while the surface is coated with environment-friendly and non-spraying ABS. This combination allows the controller to withstand the complex and diverse harsh environments of industrial settings. Additionally, the SRC-3000F meets the IP65 protection grade and supports a wide temperature range of -50℃ to +100℃, ensuring optimal performance in even the harshest conditions.

Operating the SRC-3000F is a breeze, thanks to its robust internal algorithm. It can be used with a variety of robots, including service robots, cleaning robots, forklifts, and more. Whether it's automating traditional factories or operating CNC machines and injection molding machines, the SRC-3000F provides seamless integration and efficient automation.

The development of the SRC-3000F was a result of extensive research and overcoming various challenges. The designers recognized the need for a controller that could support both safety features and navigation functions, eliminating the need for additional complex and costly equipment. By integrating essential safety features into the SLAM navigation controller, SEER optimized costs and created a truly innovative solution.

The SRC-3000F project was initiated in Shanghai in April 2022 and concluded in October 2022. The controller was then introduced to the global market in November 2022, making waves in the industrial automation industry.

This groundbreaking design has not gone unnoticed. The Mobile Robot SRC-3000F was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Robotics, Automaton, and Automation Design category in 2023. This prestigious accolade recognizes the outstanding creativity and resourcefulness of the design, as well as its contribution to improving the quality of life and making the world a better place.
