What sets Garden 8 apart is its unique design inspiration. The project turned what seemed like an obstacle into an added value. The outdoor walk allows users to frame the picturesque architecture, while the architecture itself embraces users in an outdoor court, providing the needed privacy for fine dining. The sophisticated aesthetics capture luxury, making Garden 8 mesmerizing both inside and out.

The design realization technology used in Garden 8 is noteworthy. The building is constructed with steel columns, and the façade features double glazed curtain walls, HPL, light and medium aluminum cladding, and a golden mesh exclusively produced by a foreign supplier. The entrance space interweaves nacarado, orobico, and black Spanish marble to create sophisticated flooring, while the walls are adorned with walnut wood stripes with golden and black stainless steel cladding.

With an area of 27,500 gross leasable area of La Nuova Vista compound’s commercial area and a landscape of 7,000 square meters, Garden 8 is a grand structure. It consists of four floors, including underground parking, and has three main external access gates. Its location in the heart of New Cairo, surrounded by more than 25 of the finest residential compounds and over 10,000 premium villas, makes it a prime destination.

Despite the challenges faced during its creation, including its location not being on a main road and lacking visibility privilege, Garden 8 has managed to transform a neighborhood shopping mall into a luxurious destination. It transcends the traditional commercial experience by providing commercial and fine dining experiences in vast natural outdoor areas embraced by the architecture.

Notably, Garden 8 was awarded Silver in A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award in 2023. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation. These designs, admired for their strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
