The design of Campus 90 was driven by the desire to create a landmark building that would be easily recognizable and provide unique views of the sea and the city. The architects opted for a relatively simple silhouette that serves as a benchmark for passing high-speed cars. The building's height not only allows for more green spaces and landscaping but also offers breathtaking vistas from the rooms.

What sets Campus 90 apart from other student accommodations is its multifunctional nature. It seamlessly combines the functions of a student dormitory, hotel, and conference center. This innovative approach reflects the increasing interest of students in pursuing higher education and the need for spaces that foster communication and collaboration.

The building features 15 well-appointed student rooms per floor, with a total height of 60 meters. The first three floors house common areas such as a lobby, conference and meeting rooms, a restaurant, and a fitness center. The use of fiber-cement plates and glass in the construction adds a modern touch to the design while ensuring durability and sustainability.

Campus 90 was not without its challenges. Originally planned as an office building, the structure had to be redesigned to accommodate the new function as a student dormitory. The architects successfully overcame this hurdle, resulting in a seamless integration of the new purpose into the existing design.

Since its completion in October 2022, Campus 90 has become the largest private investment in student accommodation in Varna. The investor's vision of providing excellent living conditions and fostering communication and teamwork among students has been realized in this remarkable building.

The recognition of Campus 90's excellence came in the form of the Iron A' Design Award in 2023. This prestigious accolade is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial standards.
