The design team embarked on a meticulous process of deconstruction, stripping away unnecessary elements to achieve a flat and minimal style with pop culture influences. The platform's visual language communicates balance, alignment, and contrast, mirroring the brand's commitment to clear billing, enhanced customer experience, and user-friendly processes.

Technologically, E-plan is a marvel of modern web development. The backend is powered by a headless CMS Directus and a data platform based on NodeJS, with a Vue.js back office and a PostgreSQL database. This robust infrastructure allows for seamless system management, business monitoring, and account activities. Integration with third-party systems such as OCR for bill digitization, Stripe for payments, and Yousign for legal e-signatures is facilitated through well-crafted APIs.

The front end of E-plan is built using the React library, ensuring a responsive and device-agnostic user experience. The platform's design specifications prioritize adaptability, offering a consistent and convenient experience across various devices and browsers. This responsiveness is a testament to the design team's foresight in creating a universally accessible platform.

Users interact with E-plan through a user-friendly interface that employs intuitive language and a color palette that guides them effortlessly to information and insights. The onboarding workflow is streamlined with an OCR engine that automates data entry, while other third-party systems operate in the background to support various functionalities, such as payment processing, ensuring a synchronized and efficient user experience.

The E-plan project, which began in May 2022, faced numerous challenges, particularly in establishing the workflow and designing the user experience. The team also had to address technical issues related to the integration of third-party systems with the web platform and the ERP. Despite these hurdles, the project was successfully completed and approved by the client in October 2023 in Perugia.
