The Scotts Tower, the first development under the Far East Organization's new SOHO brand, stands out with its 231-unit tower designed to function like a vertical neighbourhood. The zones, which would typically sprawl horizontally across a city block, are instead stacked vertically, each with its own unique identity. This innovative concept, described by lead architect of UNStudio, Ben van Berkel, as "neighbourhoods in the sky", presents a vertical city that breaks the norms of conventional architecture.

Constance D. Tew and her team faced the challenge of manifesting this concept in the show suite, designing an interior that seamlessly integrates living, working, and playing. The team proposed creating "a space within a space", a practical solution that makes the space functional on a daily basis. The higher ceiling allowed for the creation of a loft in the master bedroom, providing additional free space within regulations for the client. This loft was transformed into the “boss’ area”, catering to the owner's lounging and relaxation needs.

The second bedroom was converted into a work area, complete with generous storage and an integrated pull-down bed for overnight guests. Additional storage was also cleverly integrated into the steps leading up to the master loft.
