Unlike traditional intercom products, Tiara's lids can be opened effortlessly, thanks to the patented lock system. This innovative mechanism allows users to slide the lock lever into a locked position to secure the lids, and sliding it in the opposite direction opens them. This not only prevents any damage during the opening and closing process but also significantly reduces the time required for these operations.

The Tiara project, led by Rahsan Akin and supported by NETELSAN San. Tic. Ltd. Sti, began in April 2011 and was successfully launched into the market in May 2012 in Turkey. Throughout the design process, the team faced several challenges, including the need to find a solution that allowed for easy rotation of the monitor without compromising its connection to the circuit board. Additionally, they had to overcome the limitations of traditional intercom lids, which often hindered repair procedures.

Tiara's exceptional design and functionality have not gone unnoticed. In 2013, it was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Building Materials and Construction Components category.
