The Hiveometric - Kuppersbusch Showroom in Hong Kong is not your ordinary appliances showroom. It is a creative and visually stunning space that represents the brand's commitment to innovation and design. The inspiration for the design came from the brand's hero product, an electrical hob with induction panels that can flexibly form different shapes, just like a honeycomb.

Designer Alain Wong took this unique product and transformed it into the main concept of the showroom. The design features a cluster of honeycombs, with wall and ceiling features seamlessly connecting and interplaying complex geometric forms. The ceiling displays large hexagons, while the walls and countertops are made up of angled pieces. The result is a sleek and contemporary look that symbolizes infinite imagination and creativity.

To highlight the brand's identity, symbolic colors of black, white, and red are used throughout the space. A stream of red light beams on the main feature wall, creating a striking focal point. A transparent glass in red divides the work station at the back, adding a touch of elegance. Matte materials are applied to create a contrast with the polished surfaces of the appliances, further enhancing the visual impact.

The design also overcomes technical challenges, such as the presence of beams across the room. Instead of hiding them by lowering the ceiling, the designer attached irregular polished frames to the beams, turning them into an integral part of the design. This clever solution not only adds visual interest but also showcases the brand's ability to transform imperfections into design elements.
