Creating a Contemporary Workspace for Productivity and Comfort

The design of Alliance One International is characterized by its contemporary aesthetic and attention to detail. The designers aimed to create a comfortable working area for every employee, while also impressing visitors with its modern design. The integration of colors, balance, and harmony creates a space that promotes a positive and productive atmosphere.

One of the key strengths of this design is its adaptability to the environment. The use of natural materials such as glass, hardwood, concrete, stone, and steel helps to create clear and comfortable working spaces. The designers also ensured that the building is equipped with the latest technology and infrastructure to meet the needs of the future.

The office building spans a total area of 3000m2, with each floor dedicated to different purposes. The designers carefully planned and finalized all decisions before starting production, ensuring that the design met the requirements of the project. The result is a functional and sustainable space that is both useful and modular.

The construction of Alliance One International began in January 2014 in Izmir-Torbalı and was completed in November 2014. Throughout the project, the design team conducted extensive research to understand the needs of the customers and incorporate them into the design. The focus was on utilizing natural light, efficient space usage, and creating a natural and comfortable office environment.

Despite facing challenges during the construction process, such as a calculation mistake in the mechanical department, the design team successfully overcame these obstacles. They redesigned the electricity basis to provide the necessary height for the ventilation system, ensuring that the design remained intact.

At the end of the process, Alliance One International stands as a testament to the successful collaboration between the design team and the client. The office building provides a professional, organized, comfortable, and cozy environment for its occupants. The mutual satisfaction achieved through the design process reflects the team's commitment to creating a contemporary office space that harmonizes with its surroundings.

This exceptional design has been recognized with the prestigious A' Design Award. Alliance One International was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2016. This accolade acknowledges the design's outstanding creativity, resourcefulness, and contribution to improving the quality of life.
