The entire roof of the building is covered with solar panels, which generate enough energy to meet the household's total energy consumption. Additionally, the roof design allows for the collection of rain and snowwater, which is stored and utilized within the building. The self-contained nature of the villa, resting on three bearing bases, minimizes its impact on the soil, allowing it to retain its natural state and absorb rainwater.
